When I posted the question: 'How are you handling COVID?' recently, I shouldn't have been surprised by the response. Many of you took the time to let me know that you are struggling, tired, in pain, on an emotional roller coaster, easily irritated and many other things. I was so humbled by people's honesty and much of what was said was reiterated over and over.
As we are all in need of a little wellbeing support right now, I came up with a Wellbeing Support program.
This program will support you physically, mentally and emotionally. It is designed to help you feel less tired and more energised for your day and to help you sleep better at night.
The Wellbeing Support Program Includes:
The program includes 6 specifically designed yoga therapy practices to support you day-to-day throughout your week during this time.
1 x 40 min morning practice to help you build strength and courage to get you ready for the day ahead,
1 x 40 min evening practice to help you release tension, process emotions, and help with a good night’s sleep
1 x 40 min relaxation practice to use anytime during your day to calm your nervous system.
3 x 15 min meditation/breathing practices to use when needed.
All 6 practices are yours to download and keep.
As a bonus, you can join me live this Sunday for a ‘mini retreat’ for the 3 X 40 minute practices.

Schedule for the live Mini Retreat
Sunday August 16th
9.30-10.30am for the morning practice
2.30-3.30pm for the relaxation practice
7.30-8.30pm for the evening practice
We will allow an hour for these live sessions so you can ask questions about the practice. You will then receive all the recordings on Monday.
